So, it’s 2016. It’s a brand new year, and like everyone else, I’m jumping on the resolutions band wagon. I have depended on others to stay motivated, and needed someone to push me. Well, not this year. I told my husband that this year, I wanted to finally get healthy, and get out of this slump I’ve been in.
I figured that once I get healthier, and feel better about myself, that my relationship with not only my husband but everyone will get better, and I’ll be in a better position to start a family than where I am now. My goal for this year is to get to my pre-wedding weight and possibly my pre-college weight. It’s honestly more about getting healthy than losing the weight, but if I can get to a smaller size, id be happy! I’ll be posting recipes and different things to document. Wish me luck!
